Shipping area
We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders within Australia.

Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched from Macgregor, Queensland. We aim to deliver orders within 7 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, weather events or circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please contact us promptly if an address needs to be changed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
